EMOTIONAL HEALING THERAPY IS UNIQUE IN ITS OWN WAY. IT SHARES SIMILAR WELLBEING GOALS WITH MAINSTREAM PSYCHOLOGIST THERAPY AND COUNSELING BUT IT GOES MUCH DEEPER BEYOND COGNITIVE DISCUSSION AND ADVICE.
The key distinctiveness of this therapy is the ability to tap into the subconscious level of the mind.
To solve the root of your emotional challenges, we have to go beneath the cognitive mind. That is why a typical talk therapy may not work effectively as you will only be speaking from a conscious level, revealing only what's obvious.
When we tap deeper into the subconscious level, we get to see what has been wired into our mind by our past histories and memories.
Such meaningful inquiries can be done through the biological ability of our muscles to communicate with our subconscious mind called kinesiology - a concept largely used in chiropractic as well.

What To Expect On My First Visit
THE THERAPY CAN BE CONDUCTED BOTH ONLINE IN YOUR OWN CONDUCIVE SPACE OR IN-PERSON IN SHAN LIVING STUDIO.
Private, safe and calming are the key setups in each healing session. So that you can feel totally at ease in your body and mind.
>> For first-time visitors, I will usually spend around 30 mins to understand your needs and also briefly explain how the therapy works. This time period is non-chargeable.
>> The session is conducted sitting on comfy meditation cushions on the wooden floor to deepen the sense of groundedness and mindfulness.
>> As you experience peace and calm, I will guide you through the healing therapy by helping you to navigate your inner emotions and put your cluttered mind into clear words and descriptions - so you know what actually is going on in your heart.
>> We will be identifying the specific hidden trapped emotions pertaining to your issues at hand and finding out the underlying reasons - perhaps it is related to some childhood experience, or an old emotional wound from a painful love relationship.
>> You will receive intuitive insights and guidance along the way in terms of resolving your emotional issues.
>> At the end of the session, we will perform a gentle loving release for all the uncovered emotions and also gratitude affirmation, allowing your heart to feel rejuvenating again.
>> The sessions sometimes may run up to 3 hours, as we discuss and uncover many insights. If you cannot remember all the conversations, do not worry too, as you will be receiving a comprehensive post-session report within the next 7 days, capturing all the insights and action points.
