Listening to Dr. Bruce Lipton's lecture on how our Mind works brought my spiritual quest to another whole new level. This time, with scientific facts. I have always struggled with the difficulty to change my self-sabotaging thoughts which leads to bad choices in life. No matter how much I know the rights from wrongs, I simply can't control where my Mind leads me. Until I find out about our subconscious mind at work and how much my childhood imprints had been influencing my views on life. Our subconscious mind is like a big data center, storing, mining, analysing data. Our behaviours are like the programs, they are automated and produced by historical data and patterns. Hence, if you are seeking a new way of living, you got to "reset to factory settings" and input new dataset to deliver new programs.

If we are at a stressful high beta, through meditation, it can bring it down to lower frequencies of calmness and greater consciousness. Proper breathwork also has similar results.
