Our stress is produced by recurring suppressed emotions in our everyday life. Come join me in this weekly class to develop the good habit of clearing away unhealthy emotions and restoring inner peace and balance.
Rejuvenate is a 60-minute class designed to help you discover and work with suppressed emotions, release stressful energy, and find inner peace. This class offers a safe and supportive space to explore your emotions, release tension, and connect with your inner self.
What we will do:
During the class, you will be guided through various techniques to help you identify and work with suppressed emotions. You will learn how to get in touch with your emotions, release stagnant energy, and find freedom from stress. Through a combination of gentle movements, breathing exercises, and meditation, you will experience an instant sense of calm and relaxation.
The special thing about this class is its focus on emotional discovery. I will also be helping the class to do a collective trapped emotion release through my Emotion Code technique. By releasing the energy of suppressed emotions, you can heal emotional wounds, develop self-awareness, and build resilience. You will learn how to manage your emotions and find inner strength to face whatever challenges come your way.

What are trapped emotional energy?
Trapped emotional energy refers to the negative emotions that get stuck in the body and can cause physical and emotional symptoms. When we experience intense emotions such as fear, anger, or sadness, the energy associated with these emotions can get stored in the body, leading to tension, pain, and discomfort. Over time, this trapped energy can manifest as chronic physical and emotional conditions. By recognising and releasing trapped emotional energy, we can experience greater emotional freedom, physical health, and wellbeing. Techniques such as meditation, yoga, and emotional release therapies can be helpful in releasing trapped emotional energy and promoting healing.

Class Fee: $45 per session
Format: Small group of 10. We will be practising on yoga mat, do come dressed in comfortable loose clothing (avoid tight jeans or skirt). Have light meals. Do bring along some water for hydration.
This class is conducted on a weekly basis to create consistency for you in practising emotional energy release for self-care. Unlike other classes that require you to commit to a fixed schedule, this class offers you the flexibility to join whenever it's convenient for you. Each week, I will be going through the foundational energy release exercises, so you can join at any time and experience the same transformative benefits. This is perfect for anyone looking to create a regular self-care routine that fits into their busy schedule. You can drop in whenever you have the time, and enjoy the benefits of consistent practice.
