In the field of energy healing, stress and emotional imbalances are often detected through disharmony in our vibrational energy. One of the oldest practices for harmonising these energy centers is chakra healing. By working to balance and heal the chakras, we can release the blockages that are causing physical or emotional stress and promote overall wellbeing.

What we will do:

In this immersive 60-minute class, I will be your personal guide on a journey to explore the balance of each of your chakras. Through a series of gentle yet powerful techniques such as meditation, mudras, sound and colours, we will explore the subtle energy centers within your body.

 

Together, we will identify any emotions or thoughts that may be blocking the free flow of energy within your chakras, and we will work to gently release these blocks. As your guide, I will help you to become more aware of the energy within your body and to develop a deeper connection with yourself.

 

Throughout the class, I will be there to support you every step of the way, answering any questions you may have and providing individual guidance as needed. By the end of the class, you will feel more centered, balanced and in tune with your body and emotions, ready to take on whatever life has in store for you.

Detecting Your Imbalances:

As an Emotion Code practitioner, I will be able to also help you identify which of your Chakra center is out of balance through muscle-testing. This will allow a more personalised healing experience for you although it is a group class setting.

Format: Small group of 10. We will be practising on yoga mat, do come dressed in comfortable loose clothing (avoid tight jeans or skirt). Have light meals. Do bring along some water for hydration.

 

 

This class is conducted on a weekly basis to create consistency for you in practising and receiving Chakra energy healing for self-care. Unlike other classes that require you to commit to a fixed schedule, this class offers you the flexibility to join whenever it's convenient for you. Each week, I will be going through the healing exercises for all 7 chakras, so you can join at any time and experience the same transformative benefits. This is perfect for anyone looking to create a regular self-care routine that fits into their busy schedule. You can drop in whenever you have the time, and enjoy the benefits of consistent practice.

 

You can also purchase a 5 or 10 lessons credit with the flexibility to use it on any of the classes at a discounted rate.

What are the 7 Chakras?

Chakras are the energy centers in our body that are responsible for regulating the flow of energy throughout our physical, emotional, and spiritual being. There are seven main chakras, each located along the spine, from the base of the spine to the crown of the head.

 

When our chakras are in balance, we experience optimal physical health, emotional stability, and spiritual harmony. However, when our chakras are blocked or imbalanced, we may experience physical discomfort, emotional distress, and spiritual disconnection.

 

This is a brief description of the seven chakras:

 

Root Chakra (Muladhara): Located at the base of the spine, the root chakra is associated with our sense of safety, security, and grounding. It governs our basic survival needs, including food, shelter, and safety.

 

Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana): Located just below the navel, the sacral chakra is associated with our sense of creativity, pleasure, and emotional balance. It governs our ability to experience joy, intimacy, and connection.

 

Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura): Located in the upper abdomen, the solar plexus chakra is associated with our sense of self-esteem, personal power, and willpower. It governs our ability to assert ourselves, set boundaries, and take action.

 

Heart Chakra (Anahata): Located in the center of the chest, the heart chakra is associated with our sense of love, compassion, and emotional connection. It governs our ability to give and receive love, connect with others, and find inner peace.

 

Throat Chakra (Vishuddha): Located in the throat, the throat chakra is associated with our sense of communication, self-expression, and authenticity. It governs our ability to speak our truth, express ourselves, and connect with others through our words.

 

Third Eye Chakra (Ajna): Located between the eyebrows, the third eye chakra is associated with our sense of intuition, insight, and spiritual awareness. It governs our ability to see beyond the physical world and tap into our inner wisdom.

 

Crown Chakra (Sahasrara): Located at the top of the head, the crown chakra is associated with our sense of connection to the divine, spiritual enlightenment, and transcendence. It governs our ability to access higher states of consciousness and connect with our highest self.

 

By understanding the role and function of each chakra, we can work to balance and heal our energy centers and experience greater physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.

How are Chakras related to our emotions?

Here are some emotions associated with each chakra:

 

  • Root Chakra: Fear, anxiety, insecurity, feeling ungrounded or disconnected from your physical body.

  • Sacral Chakra: Passion, creativity, pleasure, emotional balance, feelings of guilt or shame.

  • Solar Plexus Chakra: Self-esteem, confidence, personal power, willpower, feelings of shame or inadequacy.

  • Heart Chakra: Love, compassion, empathy, emotional connection, feelings of grief or heartbreak.

  • Throat Chakra: Communication, self-expression, authenticity, creativity, feelings of fear or self-doubt.

  • Third Eye Chakra: Intuition, insight, spiritual awareness, imagination, feelings of confusion or lack of clarity.

  • Crown Chakra: Connection to the divine, spiritual enlightenment, transcendence, feelings of disconnection or lack of purpose.

 

Vibrational energy has a dynamic behaviour, hence, the emotions associated with each chakra can also overlap and interconnect. That is why in a Chakra Healing class, we will always realign all 7 Chakras although each week we will also focus on opening specific Chakra center according to the group's energy needs.

 

 

How to detect Stress in Chakra healing?

 

Stress is related to the Solar Plexus Chakra, which is located in the upper abdomen and is associated with personal power, confidence, and self-esteem. When this chakra is imbalanced, it can lead to feelings of anxiety, stress, and a lack of control over one's life. By balancing the Solar Plexus Chakra, one may be able to reduce stress levels and improve overall well-being.

 

 

How to detect Anxiety in Chakra healing?

 

Anxiety can be related to several chakras, but it is commonly associated with the Root and Solar Plexus Chakras.

 

An imbalanced Root Chakra, located at the base of the spine, can cause feelings of insecurity, fear, and a lack of grounding, which can contribute to anxiety.

 

The Solar Plexus Chakra, located in the upper abdomen, is associated with personal power, confidence, and self-esteem. An imbalanced Solar Plexus Chakra can lead to feelings of low self-esteem, self-doubt, and a lack of control over one's life, which can also contribute to anxiety.

Depression can also be related to several chakras, but it is commonly associated with the Root, Heart, and Crown Chakras.

The Heart Chakra, located in the center of the chest, is associated with love, compassion, and emotional connection. An imbalanced Heart Chakra can cause feelings of loneliness, isolation, and emotional pain, which can contribute to depression.
