When we meditate
We look inside ourselves
We listen to our inner whispers
We breathe with deep awareness
We taste our sweet dew
We feel our body inside out.
When we turn all our 5 senses inwards, we unlock the 6th gate within us - our Intuitive Mind.
The function of intuition is still a mystery unexplainable fully by science and anatomy. In the spiritual world, we called it whispers of the soul. In meditation, it is the mental state of super consciousness.
Believe it or not, more than half our life had been navigated through instinctive choices without us realising. We thought it was educated knowledge that guided us.
Information and context may serve as our background reference but when our Mind is instructing the body to take an action, mostly it was survival instincts and natural selection of the DNA.
That's why all of us are still alive today even in this catastrophic event.
While the gift of intuition is embodied within us since we were born, we hardly pay attention to it. Thus, under utilising its gracious power.
The silence and stillness in meditation reduces the noises drawn in by our five gates. It is in this moment of empty space, that our potent source of intuitive wisdoms shine out from our deepest soul.
Once again, meditation is like a pandora box of magic. Once you opened it, you will discover endless gems hidden within this chest of treasures.

💙Technique of the Day:
Opening of 3rd Eye 👁️ Chakra - the gateway to intuitive wisdoms.
There are many variations of finger mudras for the unlocking the 3rd eye energy. My favourite Ajna mudra is joining both thumbs and index finger together to form a trinity triangle. I will place it infront of my forehead, in between the eyebrows during the meditation and chant the sound vowel "Aye" repeatedly until I attain a sense of calmness and clarity. During the meditation, focus on the triangle and visualise a third eye within this temple, symbolising higher wisdom. You can also visualise blue and white light to amplify the energy.
During this meditation experience, hold a loving kindness intention. Remember that you were given this special gift as a compassionate tool to help you in your soulful growth. Not for power, not for greed.
